Purchasing
Retainer Fee - A standard retainer fee of £750 will be payable upon instruction, prior to commencement of the search. This is not an additional fee as it will be deducted from the final completion fee.
Search Period - Unlike some search agents, we will not limit your search to any timeframe. We will work with you until a suitable property has been secured.
Completion Fee - The completion fee is calculated at a percentage of the final agreed purchase price OR a percentage of the difference between the documented asking price and the final purchase price, whichever is greater.

Service Included -
- Initial consultation - during this preliminary meeting, a focused brief will be discussed detailing all of your requirements.
- Proactive Property Search - we will conduct a proactive property search by viewing all available properties both on and off the market.
- Shortlist Properties - once we have viewed all of the properties, we will compile a shortlist of those that best meet your requirements and will upload them onto your login area.
- Viewings - we will arrange accompanied viewings at your earliest convenience and advise you on the pros and cons of each property.
- Negotiation - we will conduct all the negotiations in order to secure the property at the best possible price.
- Oversee - once your offer has been accepted and the sale has been agreed, we will liaise with all parties on your behalf until you successfully complete.
Renting
Retainer Fee - A standard retainer fee of £750 will be payable upon instruction prior to commencement of the search. This is not an additional fee as it will be deducted from the final success fee.
Search Period - We will search for you for four weeks.
Success Fee - The success fee is calculated as one month's rent. Please note that there is a minimum fee of £1500.
